About the Role

At FX Retina, we are seeking a Meta Ads Executive who is driven by results and thrives on crafting high-performing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves working on Facebook and Instagram Ads, understands the nuances of D2C marketing, and enjoys optimizing every step of the funnel to boost leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & manage Meta Ads campaigns for D2C and service-based businesses

• Monitor and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPL, ROAS

• Execute A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, and ad copy

• Attend client meetings (offline/online) to align on goals and expectations

• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

• Collaborate with the creative team to design and iterate ad creatives

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Meta Ads

• Sound understanding of lead generation funnels and D2C conversion strategies

• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and tracking

• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
