*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a Google Ads Expert with a strong foundation in performance marketing. This role demands a deep understanding of paid media strategies, data analytics, and campaign execution. You will be responsible for scaling client campaigns profitably and maximizing ROI through continuous testing and optimization.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
* Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation to drive quality leads and conversions.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize budgets based on data.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
* Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs.
* Provide detailed campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.
* Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
* A/B test different strategies, creatives, and landing pages for improved performance.

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience (2+ years) managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
* Deep understanding of conversion tracking, ROAS, CPL, and other performance metrics.
* Hands-on experience with Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
