Founded in 2020, Adswolf is a Gurugram-based media buying agency specializing in affiliate marketing across diverse verticals such as Lead Generation, Ecommerce, and Traffic Arbitrage. We work with various traffic sources, including Social, Search, Push, Pop, and Native advertising.

*Role Overview:*

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Media Buying Intern to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in gathering competitive insights, organizing actionable data, and executing campaigns on Meta platforms. You’ll work closely with our AdOps and Media Buying teams to scale performance and achieve marketing goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Research and analyze competitor campaigns via Facebook Ads Library and other spy tools
– Maintain detailed tracking of ad elements such as creatives, ad copy, targeting, and tracking links in Google Sheets
– Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
– Collaborate with internal teams to strategize ad campaigns based on competitive analysis
– Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs

*Required Qualifications:*

– Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Library
– Proficiency with Google tools, particularly Google Sheets and Keyword Planner
– Familiarity with design tools like Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT
– Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and time management skills
– Basic understanding of digital marketing and media buying concepts

*Internship Details:*

– *Duration:* Up to 3 months
– *Working Hours:* Monday – Friday, 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
– *Laptop/Internet:* Must use own device and internet connection
– *Performance Review:* Ongoing assessment throughout internship period
– *Leaves:* No leaves during the internship; unapproved absences may result in pro-rata salary deduction
– *Permanent Opportunity:* Based on performance, potential for full-time role with revised compensation (office-based in Delhi NCR)
