Job Description: As a Meta Ads Specialist for our VyVE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising strategy on Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other associated platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns to maximise brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates while staying within budget constraints. This role requires a deep understanding of Meta’s advertising tools and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies tailored to the VyVE.
- Create detailed media plans, targeting strategies, and ad creatives to achieve brand objectives.
- Set clear KPIs and benchmarks for each campaign and adjust strategies as necessary.
Ad Creative and Content:
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives that align with brand messaging.
- Ensure ad copy and visual assets are optimised for Meta platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad variations.
- Identify and segment target audiences to reach potential customers effectively.
- Utilise data-driven insights and audience data to refine targeting strategies.
- Employ audience retargeting to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage ad spend effectively to achieve campaign goals within allocated budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance to prevent overspending or underspending.
Ad Performance Analysis:
- Continuously monitor and analyze ad campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Optimization and Testing:
- Conduct split testing to refine ad creative, ad copy, and audience targeting.
- Implement ongoing optimization strategies to maximize ROI and minimize ad fatigue.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all advertising campaigns adhere to Meta’s policies and best practices.
- Stay updated with Meta’s advertising policies and industry changes.
- Keep an eye on competitors’ advertising strategies and adapt accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and the ability to navigate its features.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and an eye for effective ad design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to evolving digital advertising trends.
- Certification in Meta advertising platforms (Facebook Blueprint certification).
