The platform helps businesses to create a recurring revenue model by monetizing their data with other enterprises and third parties on a subscription basis.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to enhance brand
visibility and reach the target audience.
● Create and Manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Meta,
Google and LinkedIn to generate leads and increase conversions.
● Optimize social media advertising to drive engagement and improve ROI.
● Conduct market research and gather market intelligence to identify
opportunities for business growth.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and
make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies in performance marketing.
● To oversee the strategic allocation and optimization of a budget ranging
from 50 Lakhs to 1 Crore towards various marketing channels.
● Analyze performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on
ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV) to identify
opportunities for optimization.
● Proven track record of managing budgets ranging from 50 Lakhs to 1
Crore, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or related
roles, preferably in an agency environment.
● Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google
keywords, Google search Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, analyze campaign
performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients

Salary:  Upto 40000/month
