About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, ad management, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the execution of engagement, awareness, and lead generation campaigns.
-Support the team in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
-Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates, and generate basic performance reports.
-Help with A/B testing creatives, targeting, and campaign strategies.
-Research audience segments and assist in building custom and lookalike audiences.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media advertising.

Requirements:
-Basic understanding of different campaign objectives: engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
-Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and its interface.
-Ability to interpret marketing metrics and draw basic insights.
-Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
-Prior internship or coursework in digital marketing.
-Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other ad platforms.
-Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, or Excel.
