Job Description: Performance Marketing Intern (Paid Internship) at Beyours.
Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days – Work From Office
Opportunity: Learn how to run performance marketing ads for a D2C brand with a huge marketing budget for Google Ads & Facebook Ads.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and help us scale our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the creation of ad creatives, including copy and visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.
  • Assist in budget management and allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a passion for marketing.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week from our Okhla Phase 2, Delhi office.
