Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to work onsite at our Noida office. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in researching trends, curating content ideas, crafting attention-grabbing hooks, and designing effective call-to-actions (CTAs) to drive maximum engagement, leads, and purchases for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1.Trend Research & Analysis

•Identify and monitor trending topics, hashtags, and viral content on social media platforms.

•Propose strategies to incorporate relevant trends into client campaigns.

2.Content Strategy & Development

•Brainstorm and curate content ideas tailored to each client’s brand and audience.

•Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful content.

3.Hook & CTA Creation

•Craft compelling hooks to capture audience attention.

•Design strategic CTAs to maximize engagement, drive leads, and achieve campaign objectives.

4.Campaign Support

•Assist in creating and managing social media content calendars.

•Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

5.Client Collaboration

•Work closely with the client servicing team to understand client goals and customize strategies accordingly.

Requirements

•Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

•Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their algorithms.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•A creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content.

•Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
